Unfortunately, for the 1 in 6 of us who are living with a disability, there are still a lot more barriers and challenges than there should be.
The hard truth is that we simply aren’t where we want to be yet—which is why improving Disability Rights & Access is one of Jonathan’s biggest priorities.
Jonathan has worked tirelessly for 7 years in the State Assembly to expand access to all of the people in our community who are continually denied basic dignity and civil rights. As our Alderperson, he'll continue to break down barriers to equity and build on these accomplishments:
